This 9,000 sq. ft. residence is located in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in the Bay Area. What began as a simple remodel quickly evolved into a full home transformation, updating and elevating the entire property with a more refined, modern design approach.
The result is so significant that the home feels almost like a new build, while still keeping the character and personal story of the family who lives there. The clients, a young and creative Indian family, wanted a modern home that felt elevated and current, while still honoring their cultural roots and lifestyle. One of the key parts of the design was the music loft, created for the husband, a talented Indian musician. This space became an important part of the project, designed to feel personal, functional, and deeply connected to the way he lives and creates.
Throughout the project, the goal was to bring together modern interior design, thoughtful remodeling, and meaningful personal details. The wife was closely involved in the process and played a major role in the success of the final result. The completed home feels modern, refined, and entirely reimagined, a large-scale remodel that evolved into a full transformation.
