The Arch House is a luxury spec home located in Encino, South of Ventura Blvd, designed in collaboration with a well-known Los Angeles developer.
The mission was to create an impressive and elevated home that would stand out in the Encino real estate market, while still feeling warm, cozy, and inviting. Designing a home without knowing who would eventually live there is always a challenge, but also one of the most exciting parts of working on a spec home.
Every detail was chosen to create a balance between refined design, modern functionality, and a strong architectural identity. The result is a warm, elevated home that feels considered, distinctive, and ready for living.
The home was eventually purchased by a beautiful family, who made it truly their own.
